I really had no side effects with celexa except the first month trying to get it into my system.

This caregiver has been told that I should consider taking meds to deal with having two loved ones on a progression. The situation is stressful, but the whole idea is upsetting: that I should medicate myself because I'm forced to cope with two who have cognitive impairments. A prescription was called in, but when I went home and read about the possible side-effects, I decided not to pick it up and to ask what my fellow caregivers here are doing, regarding medications.

I've had migraines 'forever', but and really bad days, and as thing really started to decline the headaches were more and strong. My Excedrine to the rescue.

For quite some time we have found that one dish meals work best, especially if they can be served in a bowl or my husband's plate with higher sides. Most important is that everything must be eaten with only one "utensil" - fork, spoon, or fingers. We are moving toward finger foods most of the time. I've seen one memory care community that advertises they have created lovely meals all served as one or two bite appetizers.
