Wondering If Any Of You Have A Spouse With Dementia/Alz That Get Obsessed With A Private Part Of Their Anatomy After Surgery?

Hubby complains about jock itching after his pacemaker surgery. They shaved his pubic hair off to insert catheter tube. He got pacemaker via the catheter tube. He had anesthesia which seemed to mess up his head and give him bladder control issues. Now, he's better at it, but he still complains about the itching and being wet. May ask if you take your spouse/parents to a General Practitioner , Neurologist or a Geriatric doctor for check ups. I am going crazy deciding which way to go. My husband was seeing a Neurologist at the beginning but once she decided that meds for ALZ had done their work after a few years, she suggested for my husband to see a GP which he did for years but my husband ended up in the hospital for 3 days.
