My Sisters Daughter Cut Me Off From Connect With My Eldest Sister With Alz. Confirmed 2019,I Cared For Her Whole 2023. Niece Took Her O"seas

I learnt the daughter moved to new residence overseas, disconnect all my sister contacts ( from our birth country) now no one can reach her. I am a nurse with experience in mental health (counselling). Niece refused to connect with me in any ways.
I am 77, active in volunteering. I am on my own! I feel that I should have the right to connect with my own sibling. Please help
