It is aggressive even though he thinks he’s joking. If people complain that what he does hurts them. Since you may not be able to use logic or he might forget this is improper you may want to consult a professional for ideas if not medication.

May be time for mood stabilizing medication. My husband is very strong and when agitated can become aggressive to patients and caregivers. It’s a real problem but we are working thru Med changes to see what can help. Hang in there.

Thank you Patricia , I will suggest this to my sister, the thing is its not actually agressive he does in a joking fashion and calls people silly names my sister finds it very embarassing so much so she will not go to anywhere with him.now . He also pokes at his grandchildren jokinglyand some of them do not understand. Thank you for your help.
