What Do To When Your LO Is Allergic/has Paradoxical Reactions To All Meds That Help Aggressive Behavior?
My dad is in a smaller pocket of early-onset Alzheimer’s males with aggression and is combative, (now late stage, 10 years since Dx) AND is allergic/has the paradoxical reactions to almost all meds used to target mood/behavior in Alz folks.

SOMETIMES IF THE DIAGNOSIS IS CHANGED it might help. Have you contacted anyone in The ALZHEIMERS ASSOCIATION TO HELP? also , reach out to clergy , support groups a congressman , local newspaper and for referrals. There has to be someone to help! KEEP TRYING !

Oh I’m so sorry - I know this doesn’t help you but there must be some organisation out there fgs!! It’s awful, for you both. I hope you’re getting some help & support in all this too?? I’m in the UK so I’m sorry I don’t know the US’ systems in place there but surely the person who first gave you the diagnosis could help direct you?? 🙏🏻 that you do get some help & soon for both of you. 🤗🤗
