How Do You Increase Your Loved Ones Appetite?

A myALZteam Member asked a question 💭

Has anyone tried cannabis to help increase a loved ones appetite? It was suggested by his PC but I was told that the THC can affect a person with dementia different (cause aggression) actually have the opposite effect than a person without dementia.

In states where it's legal , it will certainly enhance the appetite.it always has. But according to what stage, as in latest stages, the appetite disappears altogether. But that is certainly at the end stages

I have heard some say red dishes help for some reason. Haven't reached that stage yet but when we do expect to try it.

CBD oil has little or no THC and usually has calming effect...it works best put in coffee (caffeine enhances the effect) or as drops/spray under tongue where body absorbs it really fast. I use it for chronic pain and sleep. I find THC makes me jumpy and irritable.
