Need to trade or sell a second vehicle that we own however, the truck is in my husband's name only. He has advanced Alzheimer's and Vascular Dementia and is currently in a long term care facility. How do I do this?

Do you have POA? If so, you can use that to conduct business transactions is your husband’s name. Otherwise, you may need to contact a lawyer who specializes in elder issues. You might want to contact your county-level Agency on Aging to get advice!❤️

Hi Debora,
You probably have durable power of attorney. That should help. You could also call your local DMV. Blessings Jane

Hi you have a lot of opposition. You can call the tag office and they can help. That's probably your best bet.
