Does Anyone's LO Get Up And Then Soon Wants To Be Back To Bed And Soon Wants To Get Up Again And Repeats This Cycle All Day?
Both mom and hubs snooze on and off throughout the day. Could be partially boredom or depression. Sleep cycles could also be affected.
@A myALZteam Member: You know that my hubby calls them Speedos! (Because they don't fit like boxers.) LOL
When we buy them, I immediately have to take them out of the box: we can't have a box marked "Depends" in the house, because he doesn't WEAR "Depends"! 😉
And I have to cut up the box before putting it out for recycling, because we certainly can't put out a box marked "Depends" that the neighbors can see on recycling day! 🤪
My husband does this at times. He'll be dragging like he's dying, then get up shortly after laying down.
Thomas makes breakfast for us both, then takes a nap till lunch time. He stays up to watch his game shows, then has a snack, reads for about an hour and then takes a nap until dinner. After dinner, he takes a shower because of his dylisis treatment, then I hook him up to the dylisis machine and he's off to bed until the next morning. I've learned to just go with the flow. It's easier for me to do it that way than to try and force him into a strict regime. At the point we're in, it's easier to pick my battles. That was one of the hardest lessons for me to learn. Hang in there.
Remember, each day is different, and as such, we, must look at them differently. Remember to find your quiet place each day and meditate or pray. And KEEP on POSTING
