The only solution I found for husband is incontinence underwear. It was a battle to get him to wear them at first but it was worth it not to have to change the bed every day.

@A myALZteam Member, Depends incontinence for men with their guard pad inserted works for my husband. It is the best option to prevent having to change the bed sheets at 2 am, However mine still needs to use the toilet at least once during the night.

Also add a plastic matress cover to your bed. Once the matress gets wet it's hard to clean. My husband was using depends but for some reason switched to pads. Seems to be working well for now.
