Great information to re-share Helen...The stress one I will try to read more frequently to reinforce the need for selfcare. Time seems to evaporate with not much getting done at times but if I keep John & I semi on track for the day I need to see that as a win! Take care.

Good for you Ruth7...4 hours is a wonderful break! Hope you get to take care of you during some of that time, not just get errands done. Sending support. Take care,

One day at a time. We have good days and challenging ones. I am thankful for the good days and pray through the challenging ones. We have been married 50 years, so I know the person I married. However, this brain monster has turned him into a man I don't know (sometimes). Take note of what upsets your loved one, and then avoid it. They can't remember, for example, what they had for lunch, so we have to be their memory. I cannot stress the importance of educating yourself on the topic and self-care. Be blessed!!

I’m ok doing errands and NOT running 50mph !! 😎 Even meet a friend for lunch or sit at the park and read. ❤️
