So Many Great Choices In Drinks. (vegies, Smoothies, Even Caffeine) Why Choose One That Leads To Addiction And Impairment?
@A myALZteam Member I am totally against anything addicting. My grandmother drank occasionally only pina colada that I know of. She passed at the age of 89 from heart failure.Her sister on the other hand was a bootlegger. She drank up until she was way in her 80's, she passed around 93. A lot of our behaviors and illnesses are generational and comes from what we eat. Our diet not just alcohol, but what we eat, what we consume in general, television, social media just to name a few can be addictive. but they don't have to be. It's a choice. You become what you consume.
